Meeting Information

Meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month at 6:00PM in the Tolono Police Department meeting room at 205 E Main Street.

Appointed Board

If you are interested in serving in an appointed capacity, complete the application by clicking on the link below and submit the completed application to Village Hall, 507 W Strong Street. When your application is received, the P&Z Board Chairperson will contact you and request your attendance at the next regularly scheduled P&Z Board meeting. You will then be asked to attend a Village Board of Trustees meeting which meets the first and third Tuesday of each month at 6:30PM in the Tolono Police Department meeting room at 205 E Main Street. Appointments to the P&Z Board are made by the Village President and Trustees.

Description: The Village of Tolono Planning & Zoning Commission helps to shape and guide the physical growth of our Village creating a well-balanced social and economic development plan and provides responsible administration of resources and rational use of land. The board also establishes procedures for appeals from administrative decisions and procedures for relief from the provisions of §154.260-§154.278 through variations.
