The Boil Order for Cory Street South of Strong Street and Austin Street East of Cory Street has been lifted.
There is a boil order in effect for Cory Street South of Strong Street and Austin Street East of Cory Street.
Per Ameren there will be a scheduled power outage on Wednesday November 21, 2018 at 5:00am this outage should last ½ hour. The Oaks and Unit 7 schools will be affected by this outage.
The Tolono Fire Protection District is having routine maintenance done on the Tornado Sirens today. When they are done being serviced, the company doing the work will be testing the sirens to make sure they are functioning properly.
***Update 10:42AM 11-20, the boil order has been lifted per Village maintenance.**
There was a water main break November 18, 2018. Until further notice, everyone on the Southeast side of Tolono with water supplied from the areas highlighted in the attached photo are under a boil order. This includes residents on Daggy St.

Per Village Maintenance, The boil order that was in effect for residents on the South East side of Town has now been lifted.
There was a water main break November 4, 2018. Until further notice everyone south of Broadway Street and east of Vorcey Street are under a Boil Order.

On October 29, 2018, 2 Burglaries occurred. One in the 300 block of Phillip Dr. and the other in the 200 block of N. Condit. Both occurring in the mid-morning hours through sliding glass doors. We’re asking everyone to be aware of your surroundings. Please check your window and doors. If you see anyone suspicious in your area, please report them.
