Tolono Alert: The Village of Tolono has implemented operational changes to ensure the safety of their residents and employees during the COVID-19 crisis. Effective, March 18, 2020, 1:00 PM through March 30, 2020, 8:00 AM, the Village office will be closed to the public.
We urge all residents that are impacted by the COVID-19 crisis to contact us by calling 217-485-5212 or email email@example.com to discuss payment arrangements. We urge residents to use the drop boxes located outside the Village Hall at 507 W Strong Street or the parking lot of TraxSide (corner of West Holden Street and North Vorcey Street). Residents may also visit the Village’s website at https://www.tolonoil.us to set up online bill payments or through your financial institution’s bill pay service.
Payments made by cash that are more than current billing amounts will be credited to your account and deducted from the next billing cycle.
We encourage all residents to complete a Smart911 profile on the Village’s website by clicking the, “Stay Informed” picture. Follow the easy-to-use wizard answering the questions as presented. We encourage everyone to help anyone that may not have the means available to sign up or may have difficulties with the process.
